Following the announcement of the partial end of support in 2018 for the SAI series reflow ovens which were sold until 2010, we would like to notify our customers that it has become increasingly difficult for us to procure new spare parts due to the discontinuation of production of parts and materials by manufacturers, and the suspension of supply due to inventory shortages. We continued to support and supply parts even after 2018, but we have now decided to end all support for the SAI series including consumables and service parts as mentioned below, and we notify our customers of the same again. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and request your understanding in this matter.
