Senju Metal Industry Co., Ltd. joined the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA, an alliance of companies working to improve labor, the environment, and ethics in the global supply chain) in January 2011 and has since been working to improve and enhance its CSR in line with international standards.

We promote CSR activities based on the "Latest RBA Code of Conduct" established by the RBA and the "Responsible Business Conduct Guidelines" issued by the JEITA (Japan Electronics and Information Technology Industries Association).

RBA VAP Audit Status

The Tochigi Segment Matsuyama Factory underwent the RBA Validated Assessment Program (VAP) audit in August 2024 and received the certification with gold status.
