Senju Semiconductors Taiwan Co., Ltd. received first prize in the ball category and second prize in the paste category in the "Automation Contest" organised by ASE Technology Holding Co., Ltd. on 22th and 29th April 2025.

This contest was held as part of ASE Technology Holding Co., Ltd.'s efforts to promote automation, which the company places great importance on, and to strengthen collaboration with its major suppliers.

Senju Semiconductors Taiwan Co., Ltd. has introduced automated management systems, including AGVs (automated guided vehicles), automatic weighing, automated warehouses, and automated labeling and inspection, into its production lines, creating a high-level automation system that leads the industry. These efforts were highly praised, leading to this award.
